We are a successful healthcare consulting firm seeking a full-time administrative professional to join our team and provide support to our expanding group of remote consultants, who serve ambulatory surgery centers all over the country in all stages of development and areas of operation.

This position requires a hard-working, self-motivated, accountable professional, and is open to a remote worker in Southern California or someone in the Phoenix, AZ area who would be based in our new and growing Phoenix/Scottsdale Office.

Responsibilities will include:

Coordination of tasks and timelines to ensure completion of various projects.

Creating, formatting, editing, and/or maintaining Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents.

Supporting strategic marketing efforts including email marketing, webinar promotion and execution, blog editing and social media.

Effectively and appropriately communicating with internal team and external customers.

Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Web-based research.

Event planning, coordination and execution.

Self-directing on project needs while also managing varied assignments on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.

Solid PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills with a working knowledge of the latest Microsoft® versions.

Above average writing skills.

Tech and Internet savvy. In particular, proficiency in WordPress and Infusionsoft CRM software.

A flexible and friendly approach to managing variable daily tasks and customer types, both internal and external.

A dedication to doing high-quality, detail-oriented work.

Creativity and initiative, the ability to self-motivate, and a desire to learn and grow.

Since our lead consultants and other key personnel are based in San Diego, position will require occasional travel both within San Diego and out of state, with heavier travel requirements during the training phase.
