Strong customer service candidate needed for Glendale glass company. Duties would include answering phone calls and helping call in insurance glass claims. Other tasks would include scheduling jobs, ordering glass, handling minor customer service issues, etc. Experience in the auto glass industry a plus but definitely not a requirement. Training will be provided.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of customer service experience and be able to type proficiently. Must have strong work ethic, high integrity, be detail and multi-task orientated, and excellent customer service skills a must. We have a great team so you must be able to work with them. Looking for someone who is driven and can work in high paced environment.
Prior to hiring, the candidate will be asked to take a test to show typing and other basic office skills.
Below are the specific duties we are looking for the position:
$15+ per hour
8:00am to 5:00pm. (there will be times when you need to stay later). . . with a 3 hour Saturday shift 1-2 times per month
