Our public insurance adjusting office is in need of an Assistant Office Manager who will also serve as an Inventory Preparation Director.

In addition to the duties of a front office manager, the person selected for this position will be responsible for the preparation and listings of items lost in a peril such as a fire. This position calls for visiting the site of the loss (sometimes visits are not required) cataloging the items lost, returning to the office to finish cataloging and pricing the items. You will manage others involved in the preparation of these personal property inventories. Once licensed (we assist in training), the Inventory Preparation Director will compute depreciation and advise insurers of the results.
