Job Description
Civil litigation law firm with focus on homeowners association, construction defect, and real estate seeks a part-time paralegal for 25-30 hours per week (currently able to work remotely for some of the hours). Ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-4 years of Arizona litigation law experience. Law firm requests the ideal candidate have the ability to: draft and format pleadings, draft discovery and moving papers; carry out and be comfortable with a high level of client contact, heavy filing and case management tasks. Strong typing and computer skills within Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Previous trial and arbitration preparation experience in real estate law experience are a plus. The ideal candidate will have paralegal school or certificate and strong computer skills.
