Job Description:
Disassemble AC units, process and sort materials such as copper, brass, radiators, electric motors and compressors for recycling. Prepare materials for shipping.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Ability to perform physical labor under all types of outdoor weather conditions
-Exhibit the ability to distinguish between various recyclable materials.
-The ability to operate a forklift and variety of recycling equipment such as loaders and cranes is an asset.
-Workers wear hard hats, ear protection, safety glasses, gloves, and steel toe boots.
-Be a reliable self-starter with an aggressive work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Bilingual is a plus
REFRIGERANT RECOVERY CERTIFICATION A PLUS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12-$18/hour
