Established property management company has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at a residential community.
Duties involve general maintenance to keep the property in a safe and attractive condition. Ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience including, but not limited to: minor landscaping, plumbing, painting, and basic HVAC knowledge. This full-time hourly position works under the supervision of the Property Manager. We are looking for a motivated team player with good technical skills who is organized and has effective communication skills.
Includes physical tasks.
