Mariposa Landscape Arizona, Inc. is looking for hard-working individuals to join our team as landscape maintenance Foreman near our Phoenix, AZ location.
A “Landscape Maintenance Foreman” facilitates the field operations of the assigned crew by communicating with field supervisors regarding job assignments and the progress of assigned tasks, as well as making sure everyone in the assigned crew is working efficiently and safely.

Overall Responsibilities
Communicate with lead people regarding job assignments and progress of assigned tasks
Become proficient in the use of basic maintenance hand tools and power equipment
Become proficient in performing all landscape maintenance tasks
Able to meet company production rates and standards
Able to perform labor-intensive work on a regular basis
Requirements:
Knows how to operate mowing equipment
Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance
