- Experience working on large state government program modernization projects with an emphasis on technical analysis
- Expertise in integrated tax system modernization projects- preferred
- Experience with the implementation of the FAST Enterprises GenTax solution
- Experience providing IV&V services
- Performs reviews of technical project documentation and provides feedback
- Identifies and monitors project risks and issues, and develops actionable recommendations for mitigation strategies
- Applies knowledge and experience of industry best practices and standards for IV&V services
- Conducts ongoing IV&V assessment activities, and provides input into all IV&V project deliverables
