About the Cruise Global Markets Organization:The Global Markets team is responsible for safely running world-class operations for Cruise's fleets of autonomous vehicles. From driving operating cost savings before our vehicles even hit the factory to managing the complexities of daily AV operations that delight our customers (and everything in between), Global Markets oversees all operations needed to execute our technical and business objectives. Our cross-functional team is composed of operators, engineers, business analysts, and MBAs in multiple cities, and we're always looking for people eager to jump in and help us change the world.About the role:The Product Partnerships team enables world-class operations by partnering with Operations and Product to develop and implement internal products to support autonomous vehicle operations. We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to help improve existing and future autonomous vehicle (AV) operations. In this position, you will work closely with Operations and Product to generate the right data to allow us to track, assess, and improve our operations.Day-to-day responsibilities Include:

Lead high impact data projects to improve AV operations & solve operational shortcomings

Work closely with Product to ensure our operational products generate useful insights

Establish systems, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity across our products

Utilize Looker, Python, BigQuery, and SQL to create new databases and dashboards for users

Coordinate data product launches for geographically dispersed operating teams

Create and manage a data training program that allows operations to leverage Cruise data

Maintain applicable source of truth technical and feature documentation for our data products

You should apply for this role if you have the following qualifications:

5+ years of experience analyzing and visualizing data

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field

Experience using Looker, Tableau and/or other business intelligence tools

Experience developing, maintaining, and communicating reports to management

Proficient in SQL, Python, and Excel
