About the Managing Partner:
Develop and drive the sales strategy
Roofing distribution experience is a plus, but not required for the right person to succeed
Create a culture of accountability and humility to create a first-class level of service for customers
Manage the vendor relationships including the negotiation and purchasing strategy
Head recruiter for the branch, always looking for A level talent to add to your team
Relationship management is at the core of this role - relationships with your employees, customers and fellow Managing Partners are key to your success

Qualifications:
Proven history of superior ethics and integrity
5 years prior management experience (preferably in the building material distribution industry)
Demonstrated operational excellence, strategic planning, and successful execution of growth plans within the roofing supply industry or similar
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel; use of ERP systems
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or Business, preferred
