To do this, Wells Fargo Technology draws on the talents and motivation of thousands of technology team members across the enterprise.The PositionThe Wholesale Digital Transformation Technology (WDTT) group, within CCIBT Technology, is seeking a Technology Executive who would manage the Digital Channels and Capabilities portfolio. The selected candidate will lead development, design, and integration for Client-Facing Channels serving Commercial and Corporate Investment Banking customers. Candidate should have considerable experience in managing enterprise strength customer facing channels including web, mobile and API with adaptive authentication, fraud and security requirements. He or she should be able to use their experience to always advocate for a balance of world class user experience balanced with security and robustness. The candidate needs to understand tiered controls used to mitigate fraud and protect the channels against Cyber-attacks. He or she should be well versed with establishing modern UI and full stack technology frameworks leveraging React, Messaging, Event Driven, Caching, No SQL and other modern architectures.The Digital Channels and Capabilities group will work in close partnership with two other key Digital groups in WDTT. First one is the Digital Customer Experience group responsible for customer experience and front end practices. Second group is Transformation and Digitization responsible for transforming onboarding journey, digitizing processes and optimizing team member tools. It is critical that all three groups have close partnership and provide consistent strategy back to business and LOB partners.The candidate needs to demonstrate the experience and keen ability to manage a portfolio of applications with complex and evolving technology ecosystems. He or she will be tasked with being a leader on technology trends, strong business understanding of processes and procedures, deep understanding of integration design and security patterns, and experience in delivering resilient, scalable and performant platforms.ResponsibilitiesIntegrations of new products and enhancements to CEO (Commercial Electronic Office) and WCA (Wells Fargo Common Authentication) channels with adherence to best practices, established patterns, resiliency and availability requirements

Establishment of modular, adaptive and flexible authentication services to meet the evolving customer, regulatory and business needs. The authentication services should evolve to meet changing modalities while adopting best of breed vendor SDK and platforms.

Ensure consistent, branded and responsive user experience implementation with collaboration from Digital Customer Experience group. Collaborate with LOB to optimize the enhancements of the user experience with continuous integration and agile delivery practices.

Lead management of Tiered fraud mitigation controls that meet the evolving fraud landscape requirements, payment origination and settlement flows utilizing custom in-house integrations and Vendor platforms like Actimize, InAuth and RSA.

Work in close partnership with the Transformation and Digitization portfolio to understand the onboarding customer journeys, implement consistent workflows, leverage common API for entitlements and customer relationship hierarchy’s and enable self-service and self-maintenance flows.

Development of personalized dashboards for customer relationship and key customer insights in partnership with Digital Customer Experience group.

Lead maintenance of capabilities like Alerts, Communications and Document management leveraging enterprise services and partnering with other Digital Technology groups.

Other Responsibilities include:Evangelize Channel Integration Patterns and Capabilities to Business and Application Partner Groups. Work with business and operation groups to optimize investments in Fraud capabilities with those of user experience and authentication services.

Continuously monitor other company’s innovation strategies and marketplace trends, and enhance the strategy accordingly.

Collaborate across high performing global teams in order to deliver practical solutions with business value, aligned to our target state technology stack. Adopt agile practices to deliver continuous improvements to Portfolio.

Work with Platform services to continuously measure and optimize Channel performance and resiliency. Collaborate with business and LOB partners on improving Channel capabilities by monitoring key business events, usage and trends.

Recruits and mentors talented development resources leveraging on and offshore teams.

Required Qualifications:10+ years of software engineering experience

8+ years of experience managing software development projects

8+ years of experience with strategic planning in technology

8+ years of leadership or management experience, in a technology environment

Desired Qualifications:A Masters degree or higher in computer science or engineering

8+ years of experience with Agile practices

5+ years of experience with systems architecture and design

5+ years of experience with modern software engineering technologies and tool sets

3+ years of managing a 100+ FTE engineering organization
