DescriptionRobert Half Accountemps is looking to full-time a self-motivated individual for a Financial Crimes job in the Chandler area for a large Financial Services company. You’d be supporting a large piece of their organization within their fraud department to decrease fraud and assist customers through the process. This position is on a contract to full-time position paying $14-17/hr depending on experience.Financial Crimes job responsibilities: Research and analyze complex transactions that include fraud claims, documentation and credit card investigation, fraud ATM transactions Use various databases and systems to research and resolve claims that are assigned to you. Strong follow up on all claims to ensure the customers receives a resolution. Understanding of financial policies and procedures.RequirementsQualifications: One year of experience in on or a combination of the following: financial services, fraud, investigations, Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering, or criminal justice; or an AA/AS degree or higher in applied sciences, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or criminal justice. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to resolve and work through escalated and complex customer issues. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge and understanding of ATM, debit card fraud, and non-fraud claims management. General ledger experience. Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding Regulation E.
