We are currently hiring for the call center, seeking highly motivated individuals looking for an opportunity as a Call Center Rep/Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Set appointments for our outside Reps
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
Must be able to work 7am- 3pm Monday - Friday
Ability to build rapport with clients
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
No experience Necessary !
Benefits:
Full time position
$13 an hour + Uncapped commission
2 week review for a pay increase after start date
