Hello,
I am looking for a business partner and possible future investors. A few months ago, I obtained my general contractors license with the mindset of building carbon negative homes that will last for hundreds of years.
Right now, I am about 6 months away from building my first home in this manner unless investors come around. I have also got a side business which plays part in the way I am building these homes. It is something that is new to the area and I believe has the potential to be very prosperous. I am about to launch it within the next month.
Already I have put a good bit of capital in the business getting it set up, starting to build credit, having an architect draft preliminary drawings, etc.
I have not started work yet. Only setting the business up and getting plans approved.
I am looking for someone who would like a share in the business in return for helping finish setting the business up and getting it running.
I am open to discussions on partnerships.
I am looking for bookkeeping, publicization, website building, brochure building, resource coordinator,
Salesperson, job, and cost estimator.
I am not looking for a person that can do all these things but a person who is able to reach out to the correct sources to get tasks accomplished.
Besides that JJDIDTIEBUCKLE… Look it up. If you have those traits. Then that is who I am looking for.
I don't need you to be in shape per se.
A little about me.
I have been a technical advisor / project manager in the energy sector for some time. With that job I had to constantly travel. I have had my share and I am ready to be home.
I went and obtained my General Contractors license and I am going to build homes for people that make sense.
