General Contractor located in Fort Mohave serving the state of Arizona in the commercial and residential sectors. We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator.
Job Requirements & Duties :
- Minimum five years of construction estimating.
- Knowledgeable in all phases of construction.
- Able to handle numerous construction projects
- Capable of maintaining RFI's and Take-offs.
- Development of Scopes.
- Excellent communication with clients, subcontractors and teammates.
- Works well with architects, project coordinators, superintendents and owners
- Capable of working independently and as a team player.
- Ability to organize and assemble hard bid estimates as well as conceptual, preliminary or budgetary estimates.
- Able to understand, create and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Familiar with commercial projects and residential projects a plus.
- Contacts subcontractors and vendors attaining estimates for all necessary scopes.
- Able to communicate, organize and meet timelines.
- Works with estimating software including Microsoft, Excel, Xactimate or similar preferred.
