We are seeking a Registered Nurse OR a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of professionals. As a licensed nurse you will perform assessments on new resident admissions and be responsible for ensuring the implementation of physician's orders, ensuring that prescribed medications and treatments are administered as ordered, making observation rounds on residents and implementing nursing plans of care.
