We are currently seeking a Reservation Specialist for our Reservation Department.
Position Description:
Front desk customer service, handle all incoming reservation calls with efficiency and professionalism and assisting guests with resort services and activities. As a Reservation Specialist, your role will be critically important in ensuring a positive and enjoyable guest experience.
Position Requirements:
Great customer service, multi-tasking, cross-selling, attention to detail and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency (including email and Microsoft Office Suite) as well as basic math and cash handling skills.
Flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
Clean driving record, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Experience in sales, hotel and RV park reservations a plus.
Compensation based on experience
