The United States Government is requiring all TV stations to notify Medical Facilities and Cable Providers that they are changing their TV signals to a digital signal. The best part is that TV stations are being reimbursed by the government so it is super easy sales and a lot of business comes to us. Since we are 1 of 2 companies doing this in the entire US we get a lot of business!

We will train anyone! The most important thing is a great work ethic and willing to document meticulous notes in our customer relationship software. We are located in Lake Havasu.

Responsibilities:

Confident when speaking with customers on the phone

Cold call

Keep meticulous notes on customers using a CRM

Ability to quickly lookup information online

Write a bunch of emails

Investigate and resolve customer problems.

Attend meetings

Perform all other tasks perceived, assigned, and/or required to contribute to the smooth running of the department and to the achievement of departmental and company goals.

Must have an attitude that is to help our customers and the whole staff eventually love our service and products as it makes their lives easier.

Customizing notification letters that are sent to medical facilities and cable providers

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing top quality service

Perform collections calls (Only 4% of our customers are reluctant)

Record payments and billing with software

Deliver exceptional client service!

Requirements:

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

2 years of sales experience

Great communication skills

Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills

Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, have a positive attitude and be an effective communicator

Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; outgoing, sociable, and charismatic “ you pride yourself on being able to strike up a conversation with anyone

Be able to have persistent and disciplined follow up with clients

Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take on the responsibility

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A Plus If:

You know your way around Google Docs

Have used a CRM program before

Have great computer skills

Always look to Google first before asking questions
