Accurate Auto Care, located in beautiful Lake Havasu City, AZ is a RAPIDLY Growing automotive repair business looking to hire a Service Manager. We are looking for an honest, outgoing person with strong leadership skills, who is ready to grow! Retail/Sales experience required. NO WEEKENDS! Responsibilities
Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand.
Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner.
Possess the ability to consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
Assist other employees as needed
Directly supervise and manage 8-10 employees.

Qualifications
At least 5 years experience in automotive repair, preferably in Fixed Operations and/or Service Management
Solid track record in automotive repair estimating and repair order generation
Positive Attitude
Strong Customer Service Skills
Ability to effectively lead and manage a team
Significant experience in KPI reporting (ticket averages, car count, labor and parts reporting)
Friendly personality
Well organized
Time management skills
Fantastic communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
