Mack Products, LLC (formerly Mack Automation) a small manufacturing machine shop,
is looking for a part time office person. 20-25 hrs per week, M-F
Duties would include but are not limited to:
Answering the phone
Checking and responding to emails
Invoicing customers
Writing checks
Filing paperwork
Writing up customer orders
Gathering technical drawings and various components for orders
Basic computer skills are required; word, excel, email, Quickbooks.
