Busy Uptown Sedona office is seeking part time office/administrative associate. This is a front office position and the first contact with public and staff; therefore, professional attire and demeanor are necessary.

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office; including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher is required.

Candidate must be able to multi-task, handle phones, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other reports as required. This position requires the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Basic math, spelling, and typing skills are required - basic HR skills are preferred. Candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality.

This position is often evolving and changing based on business needs and demands. Duties may change or be delegated to other assignments. Candidate should flexible, self-motivated, a team player, able to adjust to changing duty environment, well organized, and able structure their work day to prioritize regular duties as well as interruptions.

This is a Monday through Friday position. Hours are flexible between 9am-5pm - preferably 5-6 hours per day (between 25-30+ hours per week). This position has the possibility of turning into a full-time position, depending on the experience of the candidate.
