Performance Staffing is currently looking to fill an Admin Assistant position.

Primary duties and responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate people.

Assisting the administrative executive with any tasks or duties.

Type documents, reports, and correspondence.

Reconcile bank accounts two business days after the end of each month.

Deposit weekly deposits processed by counters and register all bank deposits in QuickBooks.

Some data entry.

MUST PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK

Desired skills and Qualifications:

Prior office experience.

Proficient computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Hours and duration of assignment will vary.

Pay range: Pay is flexible and is DOE
