Part-Time Position to assist the Safety Superintendent of a Construction General Contractor with day-to-day company duties.
Job Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:
Assist in monitoring and inspecting the various fleet vehicles. This includes writing detailed inspections, documenting all maintenance performed, and following up on all assigned maintenance to see it through to completion. Must be able to drive company vehicles by passing Motor Vehicle Report check.
Assist in maintaining the tool inventory: This includes assigning tools and checking tools back into inventory; assisting in maintaining tool inventory in working order; helping keep an accurate inventory control procedure; and assisting in getting tools to and from job sites as needed.
Maintain power tools, repair electrical cords, etc. so some mechanical skills required
Good organizational skills- important
Self-motivated
Assist other office staff with various projects, as assigned.
