Tinderbox Flagstaff, LLC is the parent company of the hospitality concepts including the Tinderbox Kitchen Restaurant, the Annex Cocktail Lounge and the Tourist Home. We represent the pioneers in the Southside Historic of Downtown Flagstaff, Arizona; the hottest, growing area for food, beverage and entertainment in the City.

The candidate must have previous experience working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant, a sincere desire to work in the kitchen and be part of hard-working team.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position including reliable transportation to and from work. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the Company. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
