Looking for an upbeat, kind, front desk agent who can welcome guests with a smile and promote a small-town family environment by providing excellent customer service for a small, boutique hotel located in beautiful Sedona (VOC area), AZ. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and great at sales.
No prior hospitality experience is required; however, prior customer service and sales experience is preferred. 3-5 shifts per week.
Job Duties include: Check-ins and check-outs, occasional laundry, night-audit, tending to guest's needs, ensuring that the property looks well-kept as well as all other front desk duties.
