Every day we focus on providing guidance, advice and tools to assist our customers with making informed decisions for selecting the right products and services to satisfy their financial needs and help them succeed financially.We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in a role as a Technology Development Senior Manager within our Auto Technology which is part of CLG.The role is required to lead technology functions that support a lean agile IT organization. This role specifically provides leadership in areas of Application ownership and support, technology and security compliance efforts, test environment management, Release management and related internal processes. This role is also expected to build good DevOps Pipeline in conjunction with the development team and the enterprise DevOps team. The role is expected to bring cost focus to our ‘Run the Bank’ activities and reduce expense by creating a pipeline of innovative ideas around process automation and large scale process optimization. The incumbent will need to work across team boundaries within Auto lending technology as well as outside with CLT and enterprise teams by building strong partnerships.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

Leading the horizontal functions of Application ownership and support, Release coordination, Annual technology planning, test Environment management and TCP/TREX remediation for Auto Technology within CLT

Developing KPIs for horizontal functions and build metrics and dashboards to hold quarterly operational reviews for each function

Serving as the liaison between Auto technology and Enterprise Technology and production services teams

Applying thought leadership in defining, planning, developing and implementing/consulting on major IT strategies, processes, or ongoing programs with broad cross-technology impact

Building a consistent Monitoring strategy for the Auto Application suite

Building out and leading a team of global engineers charged with leading the transformation to a dynamic and innovative environment

Reducing operating costs and increase efficiencies across various technology processes

Driving the effectiveness of our Agile squads by providing support, tools, environment availability and DevOps support

This position can be located at our Wells Fargo site locations in Irving, TX or Chandler, AZ. This position is NOT ELIGIBLE for relocation assistance. Required Qualifications:

12+ years of application development and implementation experience

5+ years of management experience in technology

Desired Qualifications:

Management experience including large/multiple application development efforts within a small-to-medium size line of business

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

10+ years of experience supporting .net applications

Knowledge and understanding of technology risks related to business risks

Experience in achieving performance optimization and gains in operational effectiveness for product and services

Knowledge and understanding of process re-engineering and technology

Knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation in an IT applications systems environment

Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN

Experience working for a global company and managing a global workforce

Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems

Strong project management, vendor management, and research skills

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
