Kforce has a client in search of a Business Systems Consultant 5 in Chandler, AZ.Key Tasks:
Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes
Prepares specifications for system changes
Recommends and initiates systems testing
Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies
Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff
Cut Sheet development, population and verification:
Take information for Site Surveys and CSR scrubs and complete Cut Sheet template
Process porting orders in Matrix tool
Respond to jeopardies/questions in a timely fashion
Upload final Cut Sheet within 3 business days of migration/Submit Matrix ticket for inventory update
Cisco Call Manager and Unity platform programming site builds and phones:
Orders/Disconnects and Circuit test & turn-up:
Place Circuit orders (PRI) and line orders (1FB,1MB)
Provide PRI test & turn-up support remotely
Place circuit, line, PBX, and trunk disconnect orders
Provide Night of Migration (NOM), Day One support, and Post Migration Audit support:
Testing & programming support on NOM
1st day live changes if can be done during the day per migration CR
Process changes from Day One
Migration and Post Migration Audit issues support, (i.e. porting orders, programming changes, Centrex, etc.)
7 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design
To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities
