We are in search of a reliable Field Manager /Loader Operator
Requirements min. 2 year Commercial Snow Plowing & Snow Removal exp.
Must be able to adapt to new technology
Job Responsibilities include snow plowing of multi commercial parking lots using various snow pushers producing a high quality work result
Scrape ice accumulations from commercial parking lots
Load out various materials
Perform inspection of equipment to ensure proper working order including checking fluids levels, condition of
hoses, belts, tire pressure, brakes and lights
Assist in the preventive maintenance such as adding oil, greasing zerks, joints, changing bulbs, air filters, etc.
Must have the ability to work all hours of the day and night while on call, and be able to work safely, proficiently
with quality results
Must be able to supervisor a crew of 3 - 4 people
Monitor the weather and company accounts
Rate of Pay $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Pre Employment drug testing
Available shift during snow events is 9PM - 9AM (hours are dependent of a 2" snowfall)
This is a on call position - must be able to respond within one hour of a snowfall
Must have iphone or Android phone
Seasonal February - April Summer work is available the ideal candidate, would perform parking lot sweeping
and landscape maintenance
