Juneau Family Birth Center is seeking a licensed massage therapist! Position is contracted through the Juneau Family Birth Center, which will provide scheduling, supplies, and business support, and has the capability to bill insurance. Pay range from $50-55 per massage. Applicant can expect 10-15 hours per week in a well established practice.
Candidate must have experience in deep tissue and Swedish massage, with knowledge of myofascial release a plus.
Preference given to those certified or trained in pre & post natal massage.
Ability to provide side-lying massage preferred, but not required.
Completing clinical documentation and charting notes is required.
Professional appearance, consistent attendance, punctuality and reliable transportation required.
Strong communication and evaluation skills to assess client needs, establish a treatment plan and deliver professional treatment recommendations.
Flexible schedule options with full available hours Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays, with morning hours available on Wednesdays, and evening hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
