The Operations Manager provides supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of employees engaged in facilities operations or services at a health care establishment. The Operations Manager coordinates, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year experience that evidences a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes.
- Minimum one (1) year in a related leadership role.
