1. BASIC DUTIES
1. Arrive on time for every shift
2. Prepare Breakfast by 7:30 am and have it individually packaged
3. Prepare Lunch by 12 pm
4. Prepare Dinner by 7:30 pm
5. Report to on duty Facility Coordinator
6. Use ingredients that we have in the kitchen to create healthy and notorious meals
7. Prioritize food that is likely to go bad
8. Help Facility Coordinator prepare snacks
9. Wash dishes and sanitize kitchen
10. Ensure that food is stored in accordance with health and safety standards
11. Adhere to COVID-19 protocols and procedures by wearing a face mask when in the kitchen, washing hands regularly, wearing gloves, sanitize surfaces and dishes thoroughly, maintain 6ft between you and co-workers and patrons
12. Be kind and courteous to everyone you interact with
