CPA or CGFM (Mandatory)- PMP (Active) (Mandatory)

Minimum Years of Experience: 7-10+ years as a key project manager, business analyst and developer on multiple OneStream Enterprise Performance Management projects.Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or EngineeringKnowledge Preferred:Demonstrates proven knowledge of working with clients to understand enterprise strategies, business challenges and capability gaps and design business solutions that involve creating and providing business and technology implementation road maps, technology recommendations and methodologies to develop and implement multi-phase OneStream initiatives. This includes proven success in roles within a top-tier professional services firm or specialized EPM consulting enterprise leading projects and supporting clients with expertise in the following areas:OneStream Implementation Project Manager:

7-10+ years experience with 2-3+ years of OneStream XF EPM implementation experience- 2-3+ years experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, a plus- Budget Planning (required) and Financial Consolidated Reporting (a plus) application development experience- 2-3 years Managing multi-disciplinary Teams including Business Functional Analyst, Organizational Change Management, Infrastructure and Software Development- 2-3 Full life cycle EPM implementations (Planning, Analysis, Design, Build, Test and Cutover- Development of Business Requirements Traceability Matrix- Development of functional and technical design specifications- Accounting or Finance or Engineering Degree- US Citizen required- 10% or less travel

Skills Preferred:Demonstrates proven abilities and a record of success to direct and execute the following areas:

Identify and address client needs: build solid relationships with clients; develop an awareness of services; communicate with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; deliver clear requests for information; demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicate and manage potential conflicts;

Support Implementation Roadmap and Plan; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, a and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management, documenting effectively, using non-technical business terms and vocabulary that will be clearly understood by all users and co-workers; and, coordinating, facilitating and making presentations;

Lead teams and work closely and harmoniously with both business users and IT personnel on projects;

Translate end state business and technology models into solution blueprints.

Understanding and documenting existing business systems and technology;

Formulating business and technical solutions;
