Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist

Department:.and.nbsp;Psychiatric Emergency Services.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Reports To: Chief Behavioral Health Officer Under general supervision, this position.and.nbsp; provides individual, family, and group behavioral health therapy services in an outpatient settingand.nbsp; This provider must be able to meet documentation standards in terms of timeliness and accuracy using Meditech as the primary Electronic Medical Record. Documentation must meet Bartlett Regional Hospital and CMS standards. .and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;This provider will conduct individual assessments, including diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, and referrals throughout the service continuum as appropriateand.nbsp; The nature of the services necessitates a brief solution focused modeland.nbsp; Collaboration with other community providers is essential. .and.nbsp;The therapist may provide individual, group, conjoint, and family counseling as appropriateand.nbsp; The therapist must work cooperatively to provide evidenced based practice and utilize standards developed in conjunction with the Core Psychiatric team which will include an assigned psychiatrist, mid-level providers, and other therapists. .and.nbsp;Participates in other hospital committees and teams as appropriate with particular focus on building strong working relationships with the Mental Health Unit, Rainforest Recovery Center, and the Bartlett Emergency Departmentand.nbsp; Community involvement is encouraged as time allowsand.nbsp;.and.nbsp; This position is flexibly staff at the I and II levels. This is a night shift position, and we are looking for Therapists who can be on site from 7:30 p.m. - 7:30am for ED Emergency Assessmentsand.nbsp;
