Busy Construction company is looking for a full time warranty specialist for the Fairbanks and North Pole and willing to travel to Wasilla for Warranty scheduling and repairs. Travel and lodging expenses will be covered. Full time position with some OT
Candidate should have general maintenance/handyman experience and be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner, be able to assess the situation and determine if he/she can fix the issue on site or will need to schedule with the subcontractor it pertains to. Must be able to work independent. You will have lots of interactions with homeowners and neatness in appearance is important. Selected candidate will have direct communication often with the General and the office managers. Must be able to pass background check and drug testing.
