Job Description
We are looking for a pleasant Auto Body Repair Estimator to fill an open position at College Collision Center.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make our customers feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers
Set up estimate appointments, contact customers when assignments are received
Write estimates for damage repairs (insurance estimates, customer pay, etc)
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer incoming calls
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Intake customer vehicles for repairs, create tech files, check in vehicles
Prepare final vehicle repair packets and deliver vehicles to customers
Check, sort and forward emails
Keep updated records and files
Requirements
Proven experience as estimator/adjuster
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
