VBM Alaska is a leading provider of IT Services for Small- and Medium-sized business, located in Wasilla, Alaska. We are currently looking for an individual to join our IT Services team.
Specifically, we are searching for a technician that has some training in network systems, PC building and current Windows operating systems. Applicants MUST possess clear and professional communications skills, both written and over the phone. Applicants that perform well in the technical interview will be considered even if they have little experience as we are looking to "grow" our own technicians to meet the high standards we have for our employees.

Employees on the helpdesk may be considered for on-site work opportunities for advancement to field services, so a professional appearance is also required.
Applicants must also have a clean driving record and be able to lift and work with heavy IT and office-productivity equipment such as UPS systems, servers and MFP/Copiers.
