Due to quickly growing as a business, Fairbanks Nissan is currently looking to add an administrative assistant to our team to support our sales department! Are you an office professional with past relevant experience? Do you have a high level of proficiency with computers? If so, we are interested in talking to you!

Previous sales experience a plus; not required
Previous office experience required with some customer service preferred

Responsibilities & Duties
Main responsibility will be to aid and support the sales department and needs of the sales manager.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Keep active inventory of keys, forms and office supplies
Create used car packets
Scanning documents for emailing
Organizing and purging files
Misc tasks as needed
Printing Purchase Orders and documents
Processing loan paperwork for lenders and following through to completion of car deals
Misc errands as needed: banks, office supplies, DMV, etc.
Support office staff with processing DMV paperwork and other documents for finalizing paperwork
Warranty and GAP cancellations
Manage auto lease returns and street purchases
Keep track of compliance issues that need to be addressed
Follow up on money due, take payments, and make collection calls as needed
Training will include
Learning basic selling skills with sales staff
Learning systems and dealership procedures through basic tasks
Gain knowledge of forms and bank stipulations by helping package deals for banks
Learning processes by assisting with tasks throughout the day
On the job training as we go
Product knowledge through daily tasks and working closely with sales manager and staff
Learning office administrators duties and tasks to help with responsibilities if office staff are absent or on vacation
Duties of receptionist to help relieve as needed
Pay is negotiable and DOE.
