Job Details:
Seasonal Position (Summer to Fall)
40 hours a week
8am-4:30pm (30 minute lunch break)
Must be able to produce a valid drivers license
Must be able to lift heavy equipment/materials
Responsibilities:
-Mowing and maintaining the landscape around the complex
-Trash removal and general upkeep for the site
-Driveway sealing (asphalting driveways)
-General labor around the site (moving furniture, using heavy equipment)
-May include painting
