Cleaning Technician (Fairbanks)
$500.00 Sign-On Bonus
Alaskan family-owned Construction/Restoration Company, that has been serving Alaska’s communities for more than 48 years, is currently interviewing for cleaning technicians for our Fairbanks location.
What we need from you:
Current driver license with no more than 3 driving infractions in the last 3 years.
Overtime is required. Must participate in the on-call rotation for our emergency services.
Reliable, insured transportation at your disposal. Due to on call rotation, public bus service will not suffice. You may be called out in the middle of the night.
Must be motivated, hardworking, honest, dependable and neat in appearance.
Ability to work well with the public as well as independently.
Ability to lift and move 75+ pounds, multiple times a day. (We pack-out and pack-back homes after disaster. This includes appliances and furniture)
IICRC certifications preferred, but not required.
Must be able to pass drug screening. (Heroin, Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine)
Must be able to pass background screening. NO FELONIES ever (requirement of insurance contracts)
