TEA ARTISAN:
Develop your career with the only award winning tea company in all of Alaska! Sipping Streams is seeking energetic tea and food enthusiasts who are dynamic, responsible, attentive, passionate, and communicative. Providing excellent customer service and sales experience is imperative; we want you to forge positive relationships creating a welcoming environment that encourages customers to return frequently.
Tea Artisan duties include yet are not limited to:
sampling of products, educating customers
preparing and serving food and drinks while maintaining a high level of standards
menu introductions and explanations
working a cash register stocking product, inventory, pricing manufacture of tea products such as blending or packaging, cleaning, baking and cooking.
Being a Tea Artisan requires:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, must have a lot of energy.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Current Alaska Food workers card (within first week of employment)
Previous retail sales, restaurant or food service experience preferred
Approachable demeanor, strong communication and people skills, problem solving and creative skills. Must be outgoing and able to educate customers.
Reliable transportation
4 days a week minimum availability with ability to work opening or closing shifts as needed
SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

Sipping Streams is seeking energetic tea and food enthusiasts who are dynamic, responsible, attentive, passionate, and communicative. A Sipping Streams Sales Representative is dedicated to following up and contacting wholesale customers and online clients and making sure orders come in and go out. They are an essential part of the team and work in partnership with the owner to obtain results. The ideal candidate has experience working with people, social media and marketing, and passion for tea!
Being a Sales Representative requires:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous sales, restaurant or food service experience preferred
Strong communication and people skills, willingness to do extra tasks including yet not limited to: product production, shipping and receiving, travel to events, visit clients throughout Alaska, etc
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be well organized and able to handle multiple projects
Effective communication, problem solving and creative skills; desire to contribute with innovative ideas
Ability to give and take direction and constructive criticism
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Food safety certification
Excellent writing skills
Proficient with social media
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Commitment and follow through
Proactive & action oriented
Sales Representative duties include yet are not limited to:
Generate regular promotions and events that build visibility and recognition
Form collaborations with like-minded local brands and community in order to enhance the brand
Develop and maintain social media content across multiple platforms
Promotes all product information, communications, advertising, promotions, focuses, and goals
Support Tea Artisans with their duties in the teahouse whenever necessary
MANUFACTURING/Production ASSOCIATE

Sipping Streams is seeking energetic tea and food enthusiasts who are dynamic, responsible, attentive, passionate, and communicative. This is a light-duty production and shipping job with a great team of people and established Alaskan company. Responsibilities include filling and labeling our tea, honey, hot cocoa or other product packaging, printing labels, boxing items for orders, and then shipping them out to our customers. In addition to all the free tea you can drink and your hourly pay, you can earn additional money based on your productivity. Produce more; earn more. Attention to detail is extremely important.
