Job Title: Guest Services
Front Desk Duties: Guest Satisfaction, greeting guests and walking them to their rooms, answering the phone, scheduling tours, preparing guests for activities, and providing information about the area. Cleaning guest rooms, folding linens, counting inventory of linens, cleaning storage area. Cleaning guest rooms includes changing towels and linens, cleaning bathroom and shower, restocking teas, taking out trash, and sweeping and mopping floors. Any and All Duties as Assigned
Job Requirements: Experience with customer service, professional demeanor, computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, time management skills, organizational skills, and resourceful. High school diploma or GED preferred, as well as proficiency with a foreign language. Ability to lift, rotate and place 50lbs. Ability to negotiate uneven terrain in low light.
Starting Pay: 15.50/ hr
