Restore Incorporated is a non-profit faith based social services Behavioral Health & Rehabilitation Provider. Providing Residential Inpatient Treatment for ASAM level 3.1 addiction comprehensive treatment services

Function: Prepare meals for residents and staff. Implement the goals and objectives of the dietary program. Serves as a member of an organization that welcomes, engages, and serves individuals with complex wellness needs.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and serve meals and snacks on menu for residents and staff.

Ensure clean-up of meals and snacks.

Implement the goals and objectives of the dietary program.

Consult regularly with dietitian to ensure that food services comply with dietary program.

Maintain sanitary conditions that comply with State and Federal regulations.

Comply with USDA reports.

Count silverware, dishes, and cups, and report missing items to clinical staff as directed.

Prepare individual meals on disposable dishes as directed for isolation.

Comply with agency and program policies and procedures.

Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained.

Coordinate work as needed with other staff.

In addition to the above, perform other duties as assigned.

Demonstrates appropriate boundaries and values.

Use "recovery" language (ex. respectful, hopeful, person-centered, non-judgmental).

Qualifications:

Two years' experience as a hot food cook.

Demonstrated ability to work with patients with co-occurring disorders.

Current Food Worker Card.

Verbal communications skills.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
