Maintenance and Materials Technician (Anchorage)

This is a full-time position, swing shift from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm.SUMMARY OF POSITION: Performs routine inspections, maintenance, repairs and performance verification of equipment and building systems in a health care setting. Provides oversight of contractors per the direction of, or in the absence of, the Facilities Manager. Receives, stores, and issues equipment and supplies. Maintains inventory levels in common supply areas and store rooms. Provides courier services and performs janitorial duties as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of full-time related experience in facility/property maintenance or construction trade required. Must have valid driver's license, use of personal vehicle, proof of automobile insurance and provide a current Motor Vehicle Record.
