Gen contractor is seeking a “working” superintendent to oversee commercial remodel type projects. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously a must. Background in drywall & metal studs preferred.
Daily duties include directing small crew of carpenters/laborers as well as managing sub-contractors as required. Ability to take projects from start to finish is an absolute must have skill for this position.
This is a year round position with busier times occurring during winter months and is almost all located in anchorage.
