Successful candidates will possess superior customer service, communication skills, and general retail sales experience. This position would provide the opportunity for you to control your own income as we offer a high commission structure with no cap.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meets dealership sales goals.
Maintains Customer Satisfaction.
Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
Explains features and demonstrates the operation of a vehicle.
Suggests optional equipment for the customer to purchase.
Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
Arranges and orchestrates the delivery of a vehicle.
Engages in business development.
Addresses customer concerns.
Job Requirements:
Automotive knowledge not required, however, a plus. We will train the right individuals
Professional appearance and strong communications skills
Basic computer skills a plus
Proven track record of success
Strong record of positive Customer Service results
Team oriented
Valid driver's license with good driving record
