Position Overview:

As account manager for our wonderful team, you would be cultivating and growing local customer relationships within this blossoming, growth minded town and would promote the aspects of the State Farm Insurance Agency that are closest to home and our lives.

Responsibilities:

In addition to the high expectations regarding prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, you would be responsible for responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. As a representative for our town, and agency, we want to make sure we can answer questions or provide our clients with the reassurance we will find the answers for them. You will learn to navigate customer-focused, needs-based review processes and help educate customers about insurance options that work best for them and their current lifestyle.

As an Agent Team Member, you benefit from

A simple IRA

Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Valuable experience and knowledge

Licensing Bonus of $800

Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000

Requirements

We hope to see a Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas from previous positions.

An avid interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs and requests.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the desire to improve.

Intrinsically motivated with a “Pride of Ownership” and drive to accomplish the tasks at hand accurately and timely.

Enthusiasm for the role of helping families and individuals manage the risk of their every day lives while encouraging them to realize their dreams.
