Secret Garden is a fast-growing, vertically integrated (Retail, Cultivation and Manufacturing) cannabis company looking to hire a Retail Manager to oversee all aspects of our cannabis Retail store operations.

Job Title: Retail Manager
Salary: Compensation based on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
· Managing all human resources aspects of the Retail department, including staff hiring, termination, and performance management
· Managing all operational aspects of Secret Garden’s Retail department, including management of staff, sales, POS system, cash handling, and inventory. The Retail manager works with other department heads to communicate inventory needs, acquire new product inventory, replenish inventory, track product demand, set pricing and specials, maintain POS System, and reconciliation of inventory and sales
· Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized work area
· Creating and maintaining operational schedules and labor requirements
· Creating and following compliance policies and procedures
· Input to New Product Selection
· Other duties as assigned.

· Experience working with cannabis
· Experience managing a team

· Organized, punctual and ability to work as a team player
· Proactive, self-motivated, and hardworking
· Strong attention to detail
· Microsoft Office and math skills
· Adaptable and able to think on your feet
Physical Ability:
· Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
· Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
· 21+ years of age
License:
· Anchorage Municipality Food Handler's Card (required)
· Alaska Marijuana Handler's Card (required)
