Customer Service Representative - IT Department
Customer Service skills are a top priority! Must have excellent phone and written communication skills to work with customers over the phone and with email. You will be responsible for answering phones for the helpdesk, entering technical details into a ticketing /PSA system, scheduling support and generally providing concierge-style service to our customers with technical support needs.
Candidates should be comfortable using a Windows computer and be proficient in Microsoft Word, other computer skills are a plus. Must be able to type accurately. Training will be provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with a team of technical support specialists to answer technical support calls, triage emergency calls, schedule service with customers, enter detailed issue information, and ensure that urgent issues are properly addressed by technicians.
This posting is for the Wasilla location, Office Hours Monday Friday 8am to 5pm.
