First National Bank Alaska, FNBA, is looking for an individual to fill a Customer Records Specialist position in

our Review Unit. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Ensures accuracy and completion of all account records, verifies changes made to customer database, and scans customer account documents for storage.

2. Updates customer information in customer database.

3. Verifies authenticity of transactions to dormant accounts.

4. Reviews Reg CC holds, ensuring holds and customers' notifications comply with regulations.

5. Processes Reg D weekly and monthly reports.

6. Processes IRA contributions and distributions, and prepares monthly IRA report.

7. Processes W-8, W-9 and B and C Notices.

8. Processes and prepares return mail.

9. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum: Two years related clerical experience including one year customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.

Preferred: Three years related clerical experience including one year customer service experience; or Associate's degree, one year related clerical experience and one year customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
