We are a new construction Home builder trying to fill an admin assistant position that also includes receptionist duties and working closely with customers. This job would include tasks like answering phones, data entry, meeting with customers, and other duties as assigned.
We are looking for someone that has an upbeat personality that is great with people, has organization skills, attention to detail, and follow through. Must be able to work in a team, be flexible, and have great communication. This position would be Monday-Friday.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a reliable and punctual self-starter able to adapt to a constantly changing environment with many deadlines and changing priorities.
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to organize information from a variety of sources.
- Have strong verbal and written communication.
- Great customer service & people skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Some construction Knowledge is a bonus
